Being that I started my online life on IG, I wanted to highlight some of my favorite bloggers on here that I thoroughly enjoy following along with!
Natalia is a real life friend, turned IG partner. We both have sustainable fashion IG accounts where we photograph our sustainable, usually thrifted clothes and talk about them. She was the reason that I first started my account and I’m so lucky to have her in my life. Her husband Rob (@robert_swift) photographs all of her photos (and a ton of mine!) giving her page a beautiful unique aesthetic that only a photographer can capture. She was the one that first got me to thrift as an adult and fall in love with it. I cannot thank her enough!
IG friend turned real life friend here! Grace is a follow blogger who is working towards a sustainable life along with her beautiful daughter Blaise. She has amazing style that’s mixed somewhere between feminine and streetwear that gives the perfect inspiration for everyone. She and I talk almost daily and I’m so fortunate to call her a real life friend. She is a photographer and blogger and mother and basically a superwoman.
Justyn is a unicorn on IG. She posts beautiful photos that she captures on her iPhone showing amazing style, wonderful meaningful captions and real life relatability. But honestly, my favorite thing that Justyn does is her stories where she talks about her outfit of the day along with her daily plans, struggles, and activities. It’s just so enjoyable and soothing to watch her speak. She speaks of real life struggles, educates on her religion, and always speaks in such an earnest way.
If you don’t already know Tamar, be sure to give her a follow and a hello DM because she is the kindest most creative thrifter I’ve seen. She basically was one of the bloggers I follow who, when I first started, modeled my content to. Not so much the amazing aesthetic that she has as this amazingly cool thrifter living in Amsterdam (I’m not nearly that cool) but more the ideas that she had, collaborating with thrift shops and posting try ons from within the dressing room. I loved watching her stories and seeing her post her finds.
This San Franciscan single handedly has my pick for best outfit ever. She has a #stickofbutter outfit she posted back in July while in the woods that I have been trying to recreate for myself since. Her style is perfection. She wears such unique looks that she creates using very minimalist pieces that have such wonderful structure. I cannot compliment her style enough as I often message her to please come style me (even though we live on different coasts)! Sarah is kind, supportive, and a great IG friend.
Elizabeth is exactly as her handle says, golden. She is a bright shiny light on Instagram and everyone who follows her can see it. She has incredible style that she sources all from thrift stores so basically she is an elite thrifter. She has a bright colorful feed and speaks to her stories as if she’s your friend speaking to you in person. She also has the most adorable southern accent I ever did hear! I am so glad to follow along with her thrifting journey, especially now as she furnishes her newly purchased home!
Emma’s home is goals, it’s as simple as that. I love her home decor more than most on IG because of the calming nature of her space. She mixes beautiful neutrals with plants everywhere and I cannot like her photos enough. She could honestly be doing it as a job and I dream of her decorating our new space in Georgia. She mixes her feed between shots of her dreamy apartment, shots of her in adorable clothes, and the absolute sweetest shots of her and her husband who are so clearly infatuated with one another that you almost can’t take the cute.
Romina is one of the sweetest person I have met on IG. She lives in the Netherlands and she honestly is the cool friend in Europe that I’ve always wanted. She thrifts wonderful unique pieces for her wardrobe and takes the best mirror selfies on IG IMO. She has unbelievably gorgeous curly hair and the kindest smile. Doesn’t hurt to have her as a fellow vegetarian either!
